Bathroom Remodel

Drab, dreary, and rife with issues, this outdated bathroom was in poor condition when presented to the Dixon Projects team. The team opted to maintain the existing layout; however, every other aspect was renovated from top to bottom including, hardware, tile, and color scheme. The end result is a stunning new space, costing under $30,000 upon completion.

In the bathroom’s existing state, the wall tiles and sink were finished in an uninviting black, which absorbed the natural light of the space. In addition to aesthetic issues, the team quickly found problems with the interior structure as well. While opening up the dry wall to replace the black tiles, extensive fire damage was discovered. To resolve this issue, the team replaced the damaged wall, studs, and plumbing, all of which had been affected by the fire.

Once complete, the team brightened up the space with dazzling marble tile from floor to ceiling. To complement the modernized look, the team added a white custom vanity and polished nickel fixtures throughout. A brand-new shower/tub combo and glass enclosure complete the space.
