Boasting magnificent views encompassing the George Washington Bridge to the Statue of Liberty, this meager home on Ogden Avenue hid an abundance of unearthed potential. In order to reveal it, the team would not only have to excavate 200 million-year-old bedrock, but also strategically redesign the layout to increase livable space, retrofit a 134-year-old structure for a pool and then mount said pool onto the roof. The end result is an award-winning renovation.
