In-House Architecture Services

Collaborate with a team of in-house architects to create a custom floor plan specific to your needs and the unique intricacies of your space. Unlike a traditional architecture firm that simply produces and posts drawings, we’ll handle every iteration of your construction document package (HVAC, plumbing, electrical layout, etc.) while ensuring they’re exactly what’s needed to expedite approvals and begin construction.

Just looking for architecture assistance without the construction service? Dixon Projects offers independent architecture services to help you draw, design and curate the perfect look for any space.

Award-Winning Design

Situated in a quiet, tree-lined Historic Park District, a stunning four-story church and three-story parsonage creates a beautiful backdrop for local residents. After suffering a fire in 2007, the church sought to repair this suffocated building, but ultimately became bankrupt. Although striking from the exterior, the interior of this neglected sanctuary begged to be salvaged. Well-known for historically accurate renovations, the design team saw an opportunity to redevelop the two buildings and return them to their original grandeur.
